  1. I was part of this accident yesterday in Kibuku.
Its so disappointing that even after the accident it took almost 1 hour for police to arrive on the accident scene. People were bleeding and there was no help, no medical response. This country is rotting
Even when the two policemen arrived after 50minutes from the time of the accident, they looked more interested in managing the traffic flow than the injured.

The other most nagging thing are the natives/locals of the area, instead of helping people who were injured out of the bus, they were looting property, stealing bags and phones and looking for wallets from people’s pockets.
I witnessed a man pick a smart phone next to a woman who was bleeding.
After breaking my way through the top side of the overturned bus, helped some children out, is when I saw another man running with my bag which had a laptop and about 850k that I had just worked for.
I tried calling and shouting but all in vain it had gone.

My humble plea is if YY Coaches could atleast compensate my loss and for those who had similar issues.
May the souls of the deceased rest in peace.

    • First, we need to thank God that you survived to be able to share your ordeal; the fact that conscious told you to stay behind and help instead of focusing on looking for your belongings is telling of your character. May God help you get quadruple more than the 850k and laptop you lost.
