Akena’s UPC Faction Signs Memorandum of Understanding with NRM

NBS: The Uganda People’s Congress faction that is under the leadership of President Jimmy Akena has resolved to sign a memorandum of understanding with the NRM government. This follows the appointment of the party members Oyam South MP Betty Amongi and Ruth Achieng as Ministers.
