LOS ANGELES, the United States | Xinhua | Marvel Studios’ superhero film “Deadpool & Wolverine” topped the North American box office on its second weekend with an estimated three-day cume of 97 million U.S. dollars, figures from the measurement firm Comscore showed on Sunday.
The sequel to 2016’s “Deadpool” and 2018’s “Deadpool 2” has grossed 395.6 million dollars in North American theaters after 10 days, with international cume now at 428.5 million dollars.
In the second place, Universal Pictures’ disaster epic “Twisters” took in 22.7 million dollars on its third weekend for a North American total of 195.6 million dollars through Sunday. ■
