Lukwago’s Return to City Hall

NBS: Triumphant return to City Hall for Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago. It’s the second time Lukwago is sworn in as Kampala Lord Mayor. The swearing in ceremony held at the city hall gardens in which over 20 councilors also received instruments of power had both funny and sad moments.
