Maro’s Liteside
Any three things we don’t know about you?

There is a time when I am undisciplined and all over sudden fail to do something within the right time.

Liars; it is only good to be honest with each other because hiding behind our shades doesn’t benefit us at all.

If people can spend more time on what they are than on other people, we would develop very quickly. There are instances where some people go beyond their spending limit only because they want to sustain an image they are taken for.

Influence that comes with intellectual strength; with influence there is also having money but I would go with being influential intellectually.

It is challenging but I don’t like it when fellow musicians have a voice and can’t use it to defend the entire fraternity. It is sad to know that our old and generals in music are not helping starters on what it takes to get there.

Honesty, ability to listen and hard working which goes in line with focus.

I respect a woman from the way they dress up but I will have to listen to them trying to argue with me, if I can easily change your opinion, then I doubt the intellectual ability of such a woman.
Which words or phrases do you most overuse?
It is a Luganda expression ‘Owaaye’ to mean ‘Oh dear’.
What or who is the greatest love of your life?
My father James Magada and girlfriend.

January 2015 when I finally graduated because it was a win-win for me and the person who didn’t believe in me thinking music was killing what they believed in.

Five years to come, I want to manage some artistes.
What do you consider your greatest achievement?
My degree but also the fame and influence that have come with music were just a dream. I am not just a bubble-gum artiste.
