NBS: The Uganda minister for information and communication technology Frank Tumwebaze has set out a clear government plan aimed at supporting proper flow of information especially on government programs.
Tumwebaze who engaged ICT sector players in a dialogue at Sheraton hotel Kampala put forward key measures he hopes to administer among them free media engagement, ensure affordable ICT tools and ensure government support to ICT innovators.
