Former Federation of Uganda Football Associations (FUFA) President Lawrence Mulindwa could be eyeing a return to the position he left in 2013.

While at a graduation ceremony for his daughters held at the newly built St Mary’s Stadium Kitende, Mulindwa reacted to comments made by FUFA Vice President Dennis Mbidde who had labelled him a “leper” among other things on a social media post.

“I willingly left but if such insane remarks continue uncontrolled, then I will be left with no option but return and show some of these people the class I am made of”, Mulindwa reportedly said.

Mulindwa has also had a troubled relationship with his successor Moses Magogo, his former right hand man at FUFA. Speculation of Mulindwa returning to FUFA started when he constructed a new stadium for his club Vipers FC.

  1. The cranes today are fruits of Mulindwa’s investment, no sensible person can insult him today. He should come back to FUFA and drains the swamp. The Bush men can go join the Uganda Wildlife Authority.
