Nakawa MP elect Michael Kabaziguruka, also opposition FDC party electoral commission boss, has appeared before the Court Martial facing charges relating to security and treachery.
Together with twenty two others, the MP was arraigned in the Army Court at Makindye Tuesday afternoon.
Kabaziguruka’s case is being heard by the new Court Martial chairman who took oath earlier today, Lt. Gen. Andrew Gutti.
