NOT WHITE: Uganda Traffic Police unveil new uniforms

Kampala, Uganda | THE INDEPENDENT | Uganda Police has unveiled new uniforms for their traffic section. It is dark khaki, not the white they had previously.

The uniforms were shown to the press by AIGP Asan Kasingye at a Joint Security Task Force press briefing on the General security situation in the country.
