Owiny Dollo is new Chief Justice, Butera deputy

Kampala, Uganda | THE INDEPENDENT | President Yoweri Museveni has appointed Justice Alfonse Owiny-Dollo the Chief Justice replacing Justice Bart Katureebe who recently retired upon clocking the mandatory age.

The Chief Justice will be deputised by Justice Richard Butera.
