PICTORIAL: Kampala City Festival 2016 reaches new high

PICTORIAL: Another Kampala City Festival, another year to remember!  Kampala Capital City Authority on  Sunday pulled off another great show as Kampalans, in record numbers, celebrated  their culture, innovation, unity and social life. Today confirmed the Kampala show as the biggest street party in East Africa. As KCCA said pre-event, “With Kampala in a constant state of change and regeneration, the festival projects the image of the City as a happy, cultural and warm place to be while promoting positive change to its public realm.” (ALL PHOTOS KCCA)
