Sarah Kagingo, Sabiti join Parliament communications

Kampala, Uganda | THE INDEPENDENT |  Speaker of Parliament Jacob Oulanyah has appointed former head of the Public Relations Association of Uganda Sarah Kagingo to manage communications in his office.

Deputy Speaker Annet Anita Among has also named Joseph Sabiti (NBS) to manage communications in her office while LOP Mathias Mpuuga appoints Sadab Kitata (formerly at the Observer).
