Kampala, Uganda | THE INDEPENDENT | Eight new COVID-19 cases have been confirmed by the Ministry of Health. This brings the number of cases confirmed in Uganda to 694 as of today.
The cases were part of 2,588 samples that were tested on Friday from different testing points in the country.
Four of the cases were truck drivers from Elegu and one from Mutukula. Two cases were contacts and alerts from Kyotera and one from Arua.
Of the total samples tested, 1,439 were picked from the different points of entry into the country and the rest from contacts and alerts within.

Read that CAREFULLY folks, especially those of you BLINDED by what North American media tells you. FIRST notice it says “CASES”, NOT Deaths. Notice also, like all Media Sites it does not state the WORLD POPULATION, which it should do, since it is talking about “Worldwide Cases” !
Worldwide POPULATION is close enough to 8 BILLION ( 8,000,000,000.) for argument sake, so we’ll stay with that. Now we can see it is 400,000 Covid 19 CASES out of 8,000,000,000 people which, in reality, is ONLY 400 CASES out of 8,000,000 people or 4 people in 800,000, World WIDE, even LESS than the Flu which MOST of us get each year at about the same time, near the ending of Winter, WITHOUT shutting down the World economies.
Imagine how low the actual death count truly is.
Making the same comparison with UGANDA :
Uganda has roughly 650 cases (+ or – ) out of a populaltion of 35,000,000 people which is only 6 people out of every 350,000 ( 350 THOUSAND) Ugandans, and NOI DEATHS to date. For that FEW people, CASES, the Uganda Government has destroyed businesses, caused people to have no jobs or form of income and is destroying the beautiful Uganda social structure??? Although I am IRISH, I supported two young poor families by investing in a Restaurant business for each of the mothers but .thanks to your Government BOTH restaurants were FORCED to close, putting the families back into poverty. I only lost my investment.THEY lost their livelihood and only source of income. THAT is insanity, on the part of the Uganda Government
MANY MORE people die from Malaria & CHOLERA and no one closes down the Ugandan Economy, or create“Lockdowns” with the people for those. You should be asking,what is REALLY going on, within the MUSEVENI Government
