VIDEO: 3.5 million Ugandans sleeping hungry – OPM

VIDEO: Over 3.5 million Ugandans are sleeping hungry and in need of food according to the Office of the Prime Minister. The most hunger stricken regions in Uganda are Teso, Karamoja, parts of central region, South western and Busoga region.
