VIDEO: CAA denies arresting Besigye at airport

VIDEO: The Civil Aviation Authority has denied claims by Ugandan opposition politician Dr. Kizza Besigye that he was arrested by their staff at Entebbe airport soon after returning from London, and then forcibly driven back to his home in Kasangati.
