VIDEO: Ibrahim Kirya is the new man in charge at URA. On his unveiling, he spoke of the need to seek advise when the ground is shaky and promised team work as he started his reign as the new football coach of Uganda Premier league giants URA FC. At the same event, James Kizza was handed the tools of office as new chairman.
