VIDEO: Justice Buteera meets Otafiire team on court cases backlog

VIDEO: Justice Richard Buteera has met officials of the Ministry of Justice to agree a way forward to resolve the court case backlog in the country. Buteera who heads the committee set up by the Chief Justice, will consult stake holders widely across the country.
