VIDEO: Karuma Dam challenge for Dr. Kiggundu

VIDEO: Outgoing Electoral Commission chairman, Eng. Dr. Badru Kiggundu  takes on a new challenge – to oversee the successful completion of the construction works of Isimba and Karuma power dams. Dr. Kiggundu leaves the ballot overseeing role, and returns to an engineering assignment to ease the power pressure that many are waiting for to spur economic development.
But, the task ahead is a daunting one as well.
