VIDEO: Legislators from the restive Kasese district have hit back at the International Criminal Court – urging the institution to consider the merit in their petition rather than clinging on the red tape that must be followed in filing cases to the global judicial body. The legislators were responding to comments by the Court’s registrar Hermann Von Hebel who laughed off the collection of signatures from affected persons by the legislators as a prerequisite to forwarding a case to the court.
