VIDEO: MPs want flyover or tunnel to ease movements to parliament
Kampala, Uganda | NTV UGANDA | The Parliamentary commission has put out a notice calling for consultants to advice on its plans to build either a fly-over or an underground tunnel to ease access to parliament.
According to the spokesperson of Parliament, Chris Obore, the initiative is intended to ease the movement of MPs and visitors to and from the parliament buildings with minimal disturbance from street traffic.
