Kampala, Uganda | NTV UGANDA| A vehicle of the NRM Secretary General Justine Lumumba has knocked a woman dead along Entebbe road as she tried to cross the road. The incident happened this afternoon along the busy highway. The ruling party’s Secretary General Lumumba escaped unhurt.
