The Uganda Police has refuted allegations that it has deliberately refused to arrest one of its own; former DPC of the Kampala Central Police Station Aaron Baguma.
Police says they have never been served with the DPP’s arrest warrant – only reading about them in the media. Baguma is accused of abetting the murder of businesswoman Donah Katusabe.
