VIDEO: The government of Uganda has pledged to distribute food aid in one week to the districts of Rakai, Bukomansinbi and Karungu which have been hit by long drought and famine. Prime Minister Dr. Rukutuna Rugunda made the commitment on his assessment tour to the affected districts today.
