Kampala, Uganda | THE INDEPENDENT | Vipers Sports Club continued her steady march towards the league title with yet another scintillating performance on Tuesday. The Venoms dispatched Proline in Lugogo 3-1 to brighten the hopes of claiming this season’s championship.

Proline took the lead through Gift Ali in the seventh minute but this did not stop the Venoms from surging forward. There were opportunities to level matters with the team pilling pressure on the home side.
With two minutes to the break, Moses Waiswa levelled matters after Erisa Ssekisambu set him up just outside the area.

Sserunkuma put the game beyond reach with the third goal for Vipers and his 12th of the season.
