VIDEO: State House probes sh22 billion fish facility

VIDEO: State house has launched investigations into circumstances under which a sh2.2 billion modern fish handling facility constructed in Serere district was abandoned by the fisher folk operating on Lake Kyoga. The facility is now home to bats and reptiles.
